For access to recordings of various trainings overviewing the various functions of SAS, including setting up SAS and Outlook integration, creating appointment slots, tailoring appointment confirmation messaging, scheduling appointments, and managing kiosks, you will need to complete the following steps:
1. Users need to have completed FERPA training and the Data Acceptable Use Agreement. You can check on a user’s current completion of these two requirements by entering their network ID (e.g., “jmdoe”) and then hitting tab on this compliance site (ignore the HRMS piece—that's for university employee data, which is not applicable here).
2. If users have never logged in to Kaltura, users will need to log in once using their CAS log-in information. After one log-in, a Kaltura account will be automatically created for the user.
3. Once both above steps are completed, users should email ccas@iupui.edu and request access to the SAS Kaltura Channel. Be sure to include the user's name and IU username in the email request.
