Enroll in the New Advisor Academy
The New Advisor Academy serves as an intensive boot camp experience for professional and faculty advisors who are new to their positions at IU Indianapolis.
At the end of this virtual training, new advisors will leave with:
- Questions to ask school/unit leaders regarding policies and procedures specific to their school/unit
- Connections to more experienced advisors
- Connection to a cohort of new advisors
- Understanding of expectations for advisors at IU Indianapolis
- Resources for success and tools for continuous professional growth
- Access to all needed advising technologies
